What is physiotherapy?

Physical therapists diagnose and treat movement disorders and their causes, in people ranging from bedridden patients to competitive athletes. In addition, physical therapists work to prevent or reduce the consequences of injuries, stress symptoms, diseases, and lifestyles that, through movement disorders, can disrupt an individual's life.
