Collective agreements
Here you will find the collective agreements of the Icelandic Association of Physiotherapists for their beneficiaries, which include provisions on salaries, rights, vacation, sick leave, career development and other terms and conditions for physiotherapists in their work.
The collective agreements are made by the Association of Physiotherapists in collaboration with the Association of University Teachers (BHM) and the relevant employers.
The goal is to ensure safe, fair and professional working conditions for all members, whether they work for the state, municipalities or in the private sector.
