Blood Flow Restriction: Optimize Rehab Outcomes An Advanced Clinical Workshop 8 CEUs (USA) Developers/Lecturers: Nicholas Rolnick, Nicholas Licameli, Mathias Thoelen The BFR Training Accelerate Recovery/Rehab workshop is for Rehab Professionals only who want to have a deeper understanding of the power and science behind BFR and its application to the injured community. This 1-day (8 hour) BFR Training Recovery/Rehab workshop provides a BFR Training Rehab Specialist Certification upon successful completion and passing of a written examination at the end of the workshop. Blood flow restriction is rapidly growing in both rehab and performance settings due to the unique effects of exercise under vascular restriction. This course is the 8 hour in-person experience for participants who have already taken the online 4.5 hour Introduction to BFR Training course on www.bfrtraining.com. In this course, we will expand upon the concepts previously discussed through in-person laboratory experiences with various BFR technologies, collaboratively applying gained knowledge through clinical case studies and exploring how BFR training impacts athletic performance. Upon leaving, participants will be able to safely reason and successfully apply BFR in a variety of patient populations with relevant supportive evidence for its use
